      I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER.  HOW CAN I DO THAT?

      Email us at support@livewaywardandwild.com to let us know what you’d like to change. We try to process orders within 1-4 business days, so let us know within 24 hours if possible!

       

       

      MY ORDER IS LOST OR HASN'T ARRIVED YET, WHAT DO I DO?

      We ship with USPS and unfortunately can't be held responsible once our packages are in their hands. We don't know what goes on in between the package leaving us and getting to you. We recommend filing a claim with the post office if it goes missing, you can do that here.

       

       

      I JUST PLACED MY ORDER.  CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?

      Yeah! Go ahead and place an additional order for your next item and let us know. We’ll waive the shipping on the additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order and ship everything together for ya.

       

       

      I’M UNSURE ABOUT A SIZE OR I HAVE A FIT QUESTION.  HOW DO I FIND THIS INFORMATION?

      Most of our products have sizing charts located as the last product photo on the item listing. If you have specific measurement or fit questions, shoot us an email to support@livewaywardandwild.com.

       

        

      SOMETHING IS OUT OF STOCK THAT I REALLLLLY WANTED!  WHAT CAN I DO?

      Shoot us an email and let us know what size and item you’re looking for. We’ll give you an estimate of if/when it’ll be in stock again. :)

       

        

      DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

      Why yes we do! You’ll have that option at checkout! :)

       

       

      WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

      - We try to ship everything as quickly as possible, we want you to have your gear just as quick as you do! We shoot to ship within 1-4 business days but if it'll take longer we'll typically contact you. We ship via USPS and UPS and most domestic packages arrive within 2-5 days. (Please allow an additional day or two with the current state of the world, or around the holidays, just to be safe.)

       

      - If you're trying to meet a deadline, go ahead and give us an email at waywardandwild@gmail.com before ordering to make sure we can accommodate you and your desired date.

       

      - If you ordered a pre-order item, the remaining items in your order will ship when the pre-order item is available. If you’d like your items to ship before, please place two separate orders to have them shipped separately.

       

      - Also note, that we will not ship on holidays or weekends.

       

       

      WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

      As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. You will be emailed when the package is shipped, received and if there are any delays in shipping. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add support@livewaywardandwild.com to your address list. If it’s still not there, shoot us an email!

       

       

      WILL IT SHRINK?

      Almost all of our styles are 100% cotton or a poly/cotton blend and with some pre-laundered for reduced shrinkage. With that, items thrown in the dryer tend to shrink a little bit more. To prevent shrinkage, we recommend washing inside out and hang drying to prevent additional shrinkage. Plus, it keeps the print looking awesome! As a general universal rule, most items with prints last longer when laundered inside out and hung dry.

       

       

      DO YOU HAVE A PRIVACY POLICY? WILL YOU SPAM ME?

      We get it, we like our privacy too. We won’t ever sell your information. We appreciate our Wayward & Wild family, and we definitely wouldn’t want to risk that. If you no longer want to receive our emails, there's an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the last email you received.

      Holiday Shipping Info:

      The world is a strange place right now, so we recommend ordering your gifts for the holidays as soon as possible to make sure you get them in time! We predominantly ship via USPS (with some UPS). Your confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your item ships.

      We unfortunately can't be held responsible for items once they are in the hands of USPS or UPS. With that in mind, please allow for an additional day or two for shipping due to the added stress of the postal service holiday workers on top of the effects of the pandemic. (A little compassion goes a long way this holiday season, please remember we're all doing our best.)

      If you're in the Portland/Beaverton area and would like to pick up, shoot us an email -support@livewaywardandwild.com- before purchasing to make sure we can coordinate that with you.       Also, yes. We do ship internationally, just check out like you normally would. *Please note that dates for Dec. 25th arrival depend on your shipping location for international orders!
