Holiday Return/Exchange Policy:
Was your gift not your style or did it not fit right? That's okay! All unwashed/unworn items are eligible for exchange through Jan. 20th, 2024. Just Follow the Return/Exchange instructions below.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, mail it back to us! We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We accept returns within 30 days of when you received it. Items returned must be in unwashed/unworn condition and have all original tags attached.
Please email the following information to email@example.com:
1) Your full name (or the full name of the person who purchased your order) and what item you purchased.
2) The best way to contact you.
3) Your shipping address.
4) Indicate whether you are requesting a refund or exchange. (see more info below on exchanges.)
5) Indicate if you would like store credit, otherwise we are only able to refund to the original method of payment.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Wayward & Wild. When returning your item(s), we suggest you ship via USPS and get tracking information for your security. We are not responsible for return items that don't make it back to us.

Please allow 7 business days after receiving your package to process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification upon processing your request. Allow additional 7 days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement. We do not refund shipping charges.

Pretty much the same as the return policy, only slightly different. We will exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, and we cannot guarantee availability of the replacement item. Unfortunately, we are not able to hold any items. You must pay to send the item back to us, and we will ship your new desired item back to you for free!
Please specify in your return the new desired item in desired size. If we do not have it in stock or item is no longer available, we will contact you and inquire about whether you would like to receive a refund to the original method of payment, or if you would like store credit.
